How To Install PHP, MySQL and Wordpress on IIS 6.0

WordPress is a free open source blogging platform which requires both PHP and MySQL and is renowned for its “Famous 5 Minute Installation”. Following is a guide to installing Wordpress on IIS.

Step 1: Install PHP on IIS

Those looking to host PHP on IIS can visit this excellent tutorial at http://www.iisadmin.co.uk/?p=4. There are two ways to do the installation - CGI or ISAPI. The preferred version is ISAPI.
